Tiger Mountain Vineyards

Tiger Mountain Vineyards produces red and white wines from 100% Georgia-grown grapes in Rabun County. Our 14 acres of vines, planted in 1995 and 1996 on five-generation-old farm of the Ezzards, are nestled on the rolling sunny slopes of Tiger Mountain where they are individually tended and hand-picked. The new owner, purchasing just under 2 years ago from the Ezzards, Lenny Vitello, is a successful technology entrepreneur who has always had a passion for wine, hospitality, and the great outdoors. Tiger Mountain Vineyards encompasses all three and more! New ownership, yes, but still the same great wines (and some new ones!), the same beautiful vineyards, same glorious Tiger Mountain! Our wines, mostly European vinifera, are found in every major city in Georgia and have won more than 200 awards. The new Wine Maker, Luke Anderson, that came on board with new owner, is making incredibly delicious wines. He is keeping the structure of your favorite TMV wines but adding his style to them. There have been rave reviews. The launch of Vitello Cellars Wine label has been a success as well where new wines have been able to be created using different varietals. There is definitely a wine for everyone here at TMV. Our vineyards and tasting room are open year round, and our indoor/outdoor Vineyard Cafe is also open year round with seasonal hours from. We have weekly and monthly events throughout the entire year. Our gourmet wine makers dinners is one of the highlights. We offer a Friday afternoon early evening Sip & Soup each week as well as a Sunday Brunch weekly. Our venue is also open for weddings and special events throughout the season.
