Pulaski Brewing Company

Pulaski Brewing Company Coffee started from a deep love of coffee and the curiosity for all that goes into each brew. We have come a long way from our first roast on a stove top frying pan to a large Mill City Roaster. Each bag starts as a single origin green bean roasted in house to a perfect medium whole or ground coffee. We currently have two selections and are working to provide a larger variety as we grow. Ocmulgee Mud is our original coffee with no added flavors. Tasting notes, you will find in this brew include Chocolate, Brown Sugar, and Roasted Almond. The Breakfast Wine is our craft wine infused coffee bean steeped in Pulaski Brewing Company’s very own wine. This roast provides the same chocolaty notes while also showcasing the aroma of sweet red wine, presenting two favorite beverages at once! While our first love is coffee, craft wine is just as much a part of Pulaski Brewing Company, if not more. We began from an interest in craft beer brewing. Training in Navarre, Florida at our family’s Restaurant, Ye Olde Brother’s Brewery, we enjoyed the process of making a high quality, flavorful beer. In the spirit of handcrafted brews our direction shifted into exploring locally grown products. We fell in love with the beauty and flavors that are produced from craft wine. Pulaski Brewing Company Craft Winery is currently in the startup phase of development. We enjoy sharing samples of bubbly for feedback in order to perfect our product as we move forward.
