Maybird Confections

Maybird Confections is an artisan candy maker based in Alpharetta, Georgia. We started out making toffee, and toffee is still what we’re best known for. Our rich, buttery, chocolate-covered toffee is made in small batches from the very best ingredients. We make the chocolate “bean to bar to toffee” from our favorite fine flavor cocoa beans. We started out making chocolate to use on our toffee, but loved making chocolate so much that we didn’t want to limit it to just what we use for toffee. We’re intrigued by the unique flavor profiles in each of the fine flavor cocoa beans that we use in single origin chocolate, and we love combining cocoa beans with other ingredients to create specialty chocolates and inclusion bars. You’ll find our chocolate in bar form, on chocolate covered fruits and nuts and espresso beans, in other tasty treats like turtles, gourmet marshmallows, and drinking chocolate, and of course, on our toffee. We have non-chocolate offerings as well, including pate de fruit, pecan pralines, marshmallows, and cotton candy. We are honored to have been Flavor of Georgia finalists in the Confections category in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. Our White Gold Pecan toffee was a Flavor of Georgia category winner in 2022.
