We are a small family farm dedicated to producing high quality grass fed and grass finished beef from registered and high percentage Red Devon cattle. Devons are a Livestock Conservancy breed and are widely recognized as one of the most efficient breeds to flourish on grass and produce flavorful beef. Raising cattle solely on the forages in our pastures takes time, but adds flavor to the beef. The natural docility of the Devon breed lends to a pleasant texture and tenderness. We practice rotational grazing, do not allow confined feeding, grain by-products or GMO plants. We work with nature, follow the patterns of the seasons, and understand that the complex and diverse life below our soil contributes directly to the nutrition and health of life above our soil.
