2B Whole is a start-up European-style organic bakery that specializes in both gluten and allergen friendly baked goods with a European flavor, catering to customers who have gluten and allergen related dietary requirements. We focus on the quality of our baked products by using over 80% organic ingredients, and local ingredients when available depending on the season; we use no artificial sweeteners, additives or preservatives. We are a soy free, and peanut free facility; most of our products are also dairy free, particularly our dessert menu.   We have also extended our vegan options as well.  We aim to be a dependable supplier of the best gluten-free and allergen-friendly products on the market, with no sacrifice to taste.
