Ingredients
- 1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
- ½ cup confectioner’s sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 8-ounce tub Cool Whip, thawed
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon orange zest
Directions
In a mixing bowl, beat pumpkin, cream cheese and confectioner’s sugar, vanilla extract and orange zest until smooth. Using a rubber spatula fold thawed cool whip into pumpkin mixture until well incorporated and even colored. Chill.
Serve with ginger snaps or sliced apples.
