Ingredients
- 8 slices thick cut bacon
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine brown sugar and cayenne pepper in shallow dish.
- Dip bacon in brown sugar mixture, pressing sugar to stick on bacon.
- Place coated bacon on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake about 20 minutes per side or until crisp. It will depend on oven and thickness of bacon.
