Since 2014, Margaret and Neal Amos have used an old family recipe as the foundation for their business, working every day to ensure the quality and flavor of their products are not lost on the growth of their business. It is all about the ingredients, and maintaining that high standard of great ingredients that makes the difference....real butter, really good cheese, premium flour and exceptional spices create delicious, flavorful cheese straws.
