Oakhurst Farm

Family owned and operated since 1901, owners Lynda and Lon Marlowe acquired the farm in 1978 and have continued Oakhurst’s farming tradition operating as a cattle and hay farm ever since. In 2005, alongside son Morgan and daughter Ellie, the Marlowe’s crafted a unique 8,000 sq. ft. event venue to share their piece of southern elegance and charm with all who stepped on the land. They, in a collaborative effort with family, Steve & Melanee Morgan, also have over 20 acres of land accessible to the public for various agritourism related activities and events throughout the year. These activities include U-Pick strawberries, blueberries & blackberries, multiple corn mazes and pumpkin patches, as well as summer vegetables, and a grass-fed/grain finished beef program that markets beef directly to the consumer.
