Our mission is to produce the healthiest, best tasting, and highest quality shiitake mushrooms. Ellijay Mushrooms is Georgia Grown, Certified Organic CCOF. Primus 3.2 Certified, Certified Naturally Grown (CNG) and Appalachian Grown certified. We offer our mushrooms packed in 3-pound, 5-pound boxes and a 3.5oz till (100% recyclable cardboard till) boxes. Ellijay Mushrooms, we have mastered the art of mushroom growing / harvesting mushrooms. Our Certified Organic and CNG mushrooms are grown with care, effort and integrity in double layer greenhouses. We currently operate with 9 greenhouses and 2 Oyster Mushroom houses (130'x30') and are actively expanding our footprint with two additional greenhouses due to increasing demand.Ellijay Mushrooms is on track to expand production to 22 greenhouses and extend our expertise beyond shiitake mushrooms, to many other kinds of mushrooms.We would love for you to come visit our farm and see our facilities and production in action!
