My name is Robert. Maxwell Jr., I am a 1998 graduate of Savannah State University with a degree in Environmental science with a concentration in Nuclear weapons fuel engineering. My company is name after my daughter Nzingha Alake which stands for "Pampered Child". All of our pecans are harvested in Georgia mostly in Savannah. Our company makes 54 different flavors of candied pecans. Sweet Salty and Buttery, Butter Scotch, Key Lime, Honey Glaze, French Vanilla and list goes on. We harvest our pecans with 80 to 90 ft bamboo posts. Savannah has thousand of pecan trees. In many of the neighborhoods on the wayside of Savannah, residents allow the pecans to rot, they burn them for trash.There many vacate lots in Savannah with unattended trees. This is where Alake Ga Pecans comes in. Substainible living. We travel to various farmers markets and festivals throughout Savannah
