Georgia has the fourth-highest goat population east of the Mississippi River. That’s a whole lotta head-butting from breeds like the Alpine, Oberhasli, Saanen and Toggenburg. And, thankfully, a whole lotta creamy milk and enough cheeses to make an impressive cheese plate, for chevre.
