Herbal Decoctions
Get to the root of herbal medicine – make teas from bark and parts of plants that grow underground. Participants will chop, grind, and simmer their way to nourishment. Medicinal attributions of plants will be discussed. Participants will take home a selection of herbs. Limited to 8. Masks required.
Cost: $25 (includes supplies). Register by February 5.
Instructor: Johnna Tuttle
Johnna began studying herbal medicine in 1996 with Patricia Howell and has continued her studies over the years through cultural, historical and practical perspectives.
