DESCRIPTION:Show off your green thumb in our first-ever Big Grower fruit growing contest! \nAdd a few extra seeds and some tender loving care to your seasonal garden and try your hand at growing a prize-winning crop. Registration is now open and will be open until one week before the contest judging. The proud grower of the biggest watermelon\, tomato\, and pumpkin will be going home with $250 cash! Prizes will also be awarded to the second and third-place finishers. \nBe sure to get your plants in the ground with plenty of time! The judging for the biggest watermelon and tomato will take place Saturday\, July 30 at 12:00 PM at our Farmers Market Pavilion\, while judging for the biggest pumpkin will take place a few months later on Saturday\, September 3 at 12:00 PM. See our recommended planting and growing schedule for each crop on our website. \nPrior to judging\, all contestants will be required to submit a photo of their produce in their garden at harvesting.\nSign up on our website today!
